And...offer number three is down the drain. They backed out last night. Apparently, they were so freaked out by the potential foundation issue that they didn't even want to inspect it. So, we're back to square one. And, to make things even better, we got our radon test results back today and our average was 7. You're supposed to do mitigation for anything over 4, so it looks like we're going to have to do something about that.
I'm sure we'll look back on all this, after the house has sold, and laugh, but right now, it's not very funny. Seems like we just can't catch a break!
