Mateo and I were chatting this morning as he sat on the potty and he told me that he had some babies. He's been really into calling himself either a mommy bird or a daddy bird lately and telling us that he has two baby birds and that they live at the zoo. But, today he was all about having human babies.

According to him, one baby is two and a half and is named Henry. The other two are growing in his belly and their names are Callie and Elizabeth. They will be born in nine and a half months. At that point, they will join him and Henry and they will all sleep together in his crib. I kid you not - this is basically verbatim, with some editing for toddler rambling.

Oh, and when Callie and Elizabeth are born? He wanted me to know that they will be as big as his poo.

PS: I took this yesterday before bed. The camera battery died before I could get one with him smiling, but check out that hair! Soon he can be our little Elvis.
