We had our second parent adoption ceremony for me and Natalia this morning. We got all dressed up and got there on time, which was a minor miracle in and of itself! The whole thing took about 30 seconds, but it was fun and a great relief to have all the legal stuff taken care of. As the big brother, Mateo got to "help" the judge sign the papers, which made him very proud. Then, we went out to brunch at a restaurant called, appropriately, Mother's.

congrats girls - wish we could do that in Australia - My partner and I have no legal rights over our non bio children... PS - you kids are SOOOO cute !
